We encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to come and be the best that they can be.
We strive to have the best training program anywhere and prove it to our members every day.
We are continuously educating ourselves in order to create the best and most effective fitness training systems you can find anywhere.

The Ring is finally open! BodySHARP welcome you to their new training venue. It's just simply amazing. You don't even have to enter the gym to enjoy the facilities as it has outdoor training facilities too.

Mikey Spice: Head Instructor
Mikeyspice is here to spice you up and get you to your best. As a formal National league Basketball player and adrenaline junkie, Mikeyspice has the move and the know how to get you feeling GREAT within a short period of time. Mr Spice has been working in the fitness industry for 13 years and worked for Birmingham Leisure, Fitness first, Saheli health club as well as taught a wide range of classes from Yoga, spinning, circuits, Fit Ball, Boxing, Mu Thai, Basketball, and is also a personal Trainer.
